This Privacy Policy explains how Agee Ventures, LLC (“Agee Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use FieldService at usefieldservice.com and app.usefieldservice.com (the “Service”).

Who we are

FieldService is a software product of Agee Ventures, LLC, a United States company. The Service helps home service businesses manage customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, and related records.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and password. You may also provide a business website URL and other profile details you choose to enter (such as a company name or contact information).
• Customer and job data you enter. Operators store business records in the Service, including customer names and contact details, property information, job notes, estimates, invoices, and related files or photos. We process this data to provide the Service to you. You decide what to put in the Service.
• Payment metadata. If you or your customers pay through the Service, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We may receive payment metadata such as payment status, amount, currency, and Stripe account or transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
• Logs and technical data. We collect logs that may include IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, pages or API requests, and error information. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on production signup to help prevent automated abuse.

FieldService does not currently send SMS messages, and account signup does not collect SMS consent.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and authenticate accounts and operate the Service
• Store and display the customer, job, estimate, and invoice data you enter
• Process payments through Stripe and keep related billing records
• Send transactional email related to your account (for example, sign-in and support)
• Secure the Service, prevent abuse, debug problems, and understand how the Service is used
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations

Where the Service is hosted

The Service is hosted on Cloudflare. Information you provide may be processed and stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure in the United States and other locations Cloudflare uses to operate its network.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Service providers. Cloudflare (hosting, security, and bot protection) and Stripe (payments). These providers process information on our behalf or as independent payment processors.
• Your direction. If you send an estimate or invoice, or otherwise share a record through the Service, the recipient will see the information you include.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law or necessary to protect the Service, our users, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

We do not sell your personal information or your customer data. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your data and deletion requests

You own the customer and job records you enter. You can view, update, and delete records in the Service while your account is active.

To request deletion of your account or associated personal information, email hi@usefieldservice.com. We will delete or de-identify account data except where we must retain limited records (for example, payment records or logs) to meet legal, security, or accounting requirements.

Retention

We keep account and Service data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for backups, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Logs are kept only as long as useful for operations and security.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
