Who is FieldService for?
Solo operators and small crews in HVAC, plumbing, lawn, cleaning, electrical, handyman, pressure washing, painting, and similar local trades. If you quote work, do the job, and send an invoice, this is the loop. All industries.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They get a link. They can view an estimate, sign it, view an invoice, and pay online without signing up.
Can customers pay invoices online?
Yes. Connect Stripe in Settings and customers can pay with a card on the invoice link. You can also record checks, cash, and other payments yourself.
Can they sign estimates on a phone?
Yes. Open the estimate link, review the work, and sign to accept. You’ll get a notification when they view it and when they accept or decline.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial is 7 days. After that, Basic is $15/month for one user.
What’s included on Basic?
